I’m currently a Lecturer in Music at Perth College, University of the Highlands and Islands. I teach across modules on BA (Hons) Popular Music, record production, studio practice, and on creative research dissertations.

I also teach on Genders at the University of Glasgow, across the School of Culture and Creativity, and have worked as a Guest Lecturer in Popular Music on the MSc Music Industries programme, on which I am also currently supervising two students on Masters dissertations.

I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (2017) who has taught since 2006 and worked at numerous Russell-Group Universities and partnership models in the U.K., and abroad. In 2014, I specialised in teaching academic writing for the creative disciplines at UCA, and lectured in Creative Writing, Contextual Studies, and other genres.

I can be booked for 1-1 sessions online in creative practice research, essay writing, portfolio preparation and curation, and multimedia project management, ranging from Foundation to Masters levels, and Viva Preparation in the arts and humanities for International students.

Have a browse of the sample testimonials, and contact me today to find out how I could help you to move forward.

You have opened my eyes to so many new things… I am dreaming in new ways.
